What Arbiter is
Arbiter is a public intelligence desk. The editorial rule is simple: the public skill is not knowing more facts than everyone else - it is deciding which handful matter, preserving source truth, explaining the causal bridge, and showing what would change the interpretation.

- Crypto - Source-grounded digital-asset infrastructure and adoption signals.

How it reads
- Facts are labeled as source-grounded facts; Arbiter interpretation is labeled and always carries confidence and an invalidation condition.
- Confidence scale: HIGH uses current K0 or K1 evidence; MEDIUM uses K2; LOW uses K3; UNKNOWN values are withheld. Confidence appears only for Arbiter inference, never as decoration.
- Four scheduled editions publish each day - 00:00, 06:00, 12:00 and 18:00 editorial time - and a genuinely material event may hot-update between editions. If nothing material changed, the site says so rather than inventing a story.
- Every edition is signed and carries a content root; every story binds to its evidence roots.

Use this address for corrections, source or rights questions, service support and integration help. Corrections are handled as evidence changes: when a cited source changes, the affected record is updated or retired rather than silently edited.
